Healthy Chicken Dinner

4 skinless chicken breasts -- marinade with BRIZO 1-2 hours – cook over medium

heat until browned and cooked through (no pink), or make Kabobs, cut into 2-

inch pieces place on skewer and grill over direct heat and then move to indirect

again, cook through until chicken is firm

White/Brown Rice (you decide) – place on bed of rice

Brussel Sprouts – roasted in oven sprinkled with EVOO at 400° for 15 minutes

         (remember to turn occasionally)

Plate and drizzle with BRIZO to taste

(does not require added salt and pepper)
