Shish Kabobs

  • Marinade Ribeye Steak or Tri-Tip for 2 hours with BRIZO Dressing

  • Add white & purple onions, bell peppers, and the diced ribeye steak or tri-tip to skewers

  • Grill on Barbecue – initially on direct heat for 5 - 12 minutes each side and then indirect

heat – weight of ribeye or tri-tip will dictate length of time to cook over direct heat – use thermometer – grill until cooked to your liking – medium/medium rare or medium well-done
