Vivie's Signature Pasta Salad

  • Cut up and place in pan with EVOO:

    • 1 head Broccoli – cut in bit size pieces – use florets and cut stems into bite

      size pieces – place in large pan and sauté until tender with a little crunch

    • Add Red/Yellow bell peppers – julienne and add to large pan with Broccoli

    • Red Onions (optional)

    • 1 can drained pitted quality Olives (or more if you like)

  • 1lb Penne Pasta (quality pasta – cooked al dente)

  • Mix all ingredients and add BRIZO to taste

    (my signature Pasta Dish for over 30 years)
