Rice Dish

  • Mix a variety of different rice together, whatever you prefer – brown, long grain, basmati, black rice, wild rice, pilaf

  • Place your selection in rice cooker (I love my Breville Rice Cooker – gets it right every time)

  • Add diced avocado, cilantro, chopped jalapeño and add fresh parmesan cheese

  • Lightly Drizzle BRIZO over all ingredients and enjoy (no one can get enough of this healthy and very light dish!)
