• Prepare Salmon by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper – marinade with BRIZO for 30 minutes in refrigerator

  • Take out of the refrigerator and let sit for 10 minutes to get to a nice temperature for cooking

  • Place Salmon in non-stick pan over medium heat – when firm to touch Salmon is done

  • Plate and drizzle with BRIZO serve with brown or white rice and a side of arugula
