One of our favorite dishes is a fresh spinach salad. All of us love this (summery) time of year and eating healthy with a tablespoon or two of BRIZO makes this dish a special meal.
Add to the salad a small serving of FRESH soft mozzarella, cut or torn onto the salad, roasted pine nuts, English or Persian cucumbers.
To add some variety, you can add a tablespoon of couscous or farfelle pasta. For those carnivores out there, adding a small portion of a great dried salami or spicy Italian sausage, turns this dish into a complete entree.
